Thrive Therapy Co is an occupational therapy service located in the Limestone Coast of South Australia.
We offer therapy at our clinic, virtually and mobile services in the community.
We see clients between the ages of 2-18 years old and use an individualised, family centred approach to assist children and families to achieve a better quality of life.

Initial Occupational Therapy Assessment
1.5 hours in duration + 15 minutes non-face to face time for medical record documentation
$339.48
Occupational Therapy Session - 45 minutes
45 minutes in duration + 15 minutes non-face to face time for medical record documentation
$193.99
Occupational Therapy Session - 60 minutes
60 minutes in duration + 15 minutes non-face to face time for medical record documentation

Parent Coaching Phone Consultation - 30 minutes
30 minutes in duration + 15 minutes non-face to face time for medical record documentation

Non-face to face Services Billed by the Hour
All therapist time is billed by the hour. This includes writing reports, responding to emails, phone calls, completing forms, assessment scoring and interpretation.
Hourly rate - $193.99
Travel to Deliver Offsite Services
Labour Cost - Time
As per hourly rate. Therefore, if the round trip is 20 minutes total = $64.65.
Non Labour Cost
$0.97 per km.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are charged at the rate of 100% of the scheduled appointment fee if cancellations are made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
