đź’Ľ The Role

  • Provide paediatric OT services to neurodivergent children and their families in a warm, flexible, and strengths-based setting

  • Work independently with strong clinical support and supervision

  • Deliver individual therapy, school/home visits (if needed), and co-facilitate groups or parent coaching sessions

  • Collaborate with speech pathologists, AHAs, and families to deliver high-quality, holistic care

đź’¸ Remuneration

  • Early career Occupational Therapist:
    $71,375 to $83,594 per annum (1.0 FTE) + 11.5% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time positions)

  • Mid-career Occupational Therapist:
    $88,255 to $102,240 per annum (1.0 FTE) + 11.5% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time positions)

  • Commission-style bonus when you exceed billable hour expectations

✅ What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

  • AHPRA registration (or eligible to register)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • DCSI - Working with Children Check

  • Police Check

  • Driver’s licence and reliable transport (for any community-based visits)

  • A desire to work in a collaborative team that’s flexible, responsive, and values personal growth

  • Desirable: RRHAN - EC course & First Aid training
