đź’Ľ The Role
Deliver paediatric speech pathology services to neurodivergent children and their families in a collaborative, family-centred way
Work independently, with strong systems and supervision support
Build relationships with clients, families, schools, and other providers in our region
Option to lead or co-facilitate group therapy or parent education sessions
Engage in regular team meetings, peer support, and professional development
đź’¸ Remuneration
Early career Speech Pathologist:
$71,375 to $83,594 per annum (1.0 FTE) + 11.5% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time positions)Mid-career Speech Pathologist:
$88,255 to $102,240 per annum (1.0 FTE) + 11.5% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time positions)Additional commission-style bonus structure for exceeding billable KPIs

✅ What You’ll Need
Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Current SPA registration (or eligible to register)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
DCSI - Working with Children Check
Police Check
Driver’s licence and reliable transport (for any community-based visits)
A desire to work in a collaborative team that’s flexible, responsive, and values personal growth
Desirable: RRHAN - EC course & First Aid training
